That’s exactly what comes to mind after eating at Maple Street Biscuit Company. My brunch selection was the Garden Bird. This biscuit came equipped with a southern fried chicken breast and topped with collard greens, fried egg, and a dash of hot sauce. The concept is so southern and takes you back to the days when everyone sat around the kitchen table and enjoyed great food and conversation.
