I researched some recipes on Pinterest for salmon burgers and tried my cooking skills today. This was so much fun to try and the flavors are so fragrant. I bought the salmon pre grounded from my local farmers market. Give this recipe a try and tell me what you think. Happy Cooking!!

Ingredients:
1lb. Ground Salmon
1Tbsp. Green Onion
1Tbsp. Sweet Onion
1Tsp. Capers
1Tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 Mini sweet orange pepper
1Tsp. Fresh Garlic
1 Slice of Toast (slightly burned them..oops)
1 Egg for binding
Mix all ingredients until combined and form into patties. You can form about 4 patties but I choose to do just 2 huge patties.
Set on the grill for 4-5 mins on each side or until your desired wellness.
Dijon-Dill Coleslaw
Ingredients
Coleslaw 1 Bag ( used about half)
2Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
1Tsp Paprika
1Tbsp Minced Garlic
1Tsp Black Pepper
1 package of Plain Yogurt
1Tbsp of Dijon Mustard
1Tbsp Dill
2 Tbsp Olive Mayo
Mix all ingredients until combined
Paired the Burger with some home fries
