Hmmmmm…..Chocolate Chip Cheesecake!! Doesn’t it sound yummy??? Trust me, it is ;0) I took the basic recipe for a cheesecake and added my own twist to make a new recipe ;0). I hope you enjoy my Chocolate Chip Cheesecake….Happy Baking ;0)

Ingredients
16oz package soft cream cheese
3/4 cup of white sugar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 eggs
6oz pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
9 inch prepared pie shell

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice on low speed (2 mins). Beat eggs one at a time. Add semi sweet chocolate chips. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake for 30 mins. Remove to cool completely. Refrigerate to set. Top with whip cream icing (optional)

Oh so sweet!! This apple-pear cobbler will be a hit during the holidays ;0). The warmth of the apples and the smoothness of the pears will have your guests asking for seconds!! Try this recipe!! Happy Baking!! ;0)

Dear Mom,

I know I haven’t written you in a while. That is because you and dad finally got your act together and realized you have a 3yr old toddler to take care of!! But anyway, tell dad thanks for the new bone he gave me last week. I would tell him myself but after walking into the bathroom while he is shaving with just socks and Nike flip flops is not what’s up!!! I’m just sayin!!!
