Updo Elegance…

This is by far my favorite updo hairstyle for couture or after five attire.  Ever since Alica Keys showed up on the red carpet at the 2009 American Music Awards….I have always wanted to try this style.  My cuz T. Marie gotta make this happen for the 2013 Zulu Ball in New Orleans, LA!! I’m just sayin :0)

At the end of every summer, fashionistas can’t wait for their Vogue fall issue to arrive! This thick book is what some would or have called “The Bible of Fashion”….Vogue’s fall issue sets the tone and trend of today’s fashion.  With all the new collections, shoes, handbags, accessories!! Oh My!! This is one issue you never want to miss.  I was taken by Vogue online’s Street Style article…it totally rocks!! My fav is the Paris Fall 2012 Couture Street Style

Let’s give it up one time for all the lazy pooches out there!!! Whoof! Whoof! Whoof!  Meet Shilo…a six year old miniature dachshund who loves to sleep and ignore you.  Thanks Shilo for protecting our home while we’re not there!!.  Maybe if my sisters stop feeding her french fries…she would be a better watch dog…One can only hope!! Smmhhhh!!

My sisters, bestfriend, and I were HUGE Sister Sister fans growing up!  I mean we actually still watch episodes on youtube :0)  I was reading Essence Magazine online and realized I am so out of the loop…I didn’t know that the beautiful Tamera Mowry-Housley was expecting!!  She is glowing & gorgeous…all the while keeping motherhood trendy and stylish.  You go Girl…You both look GREAT!! :0)

Dear Mom,

I was looking online this morning and came across the most outrageous thing a parent can do to a kid….Costume Dressing! I know Halloween is around the corner and it is your favorite holiday but I really can’t go through with putting on a costume.  I mean look at this pic…he looks like an extra from the “Wizard of Oz” on SMACK!!  Can you, dad, & I order cheesy horror flicks off of netflix and drown in rum raisin ice cream??…..I’m just sayin
